Beta Access Details
The first phase of the beta is reserved for users who have pre-ordered Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. This early access period runs from August 21 through August 25. It is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
Following the early access window, the open beta will be accessible to all players regardless of pre-order status. This second phase begins on August 28 and concludes on September 1. The open beta will be available across the same platforms as the early access period, with the addition of the Nintendo Switch.
Full Game Launch
Following the conclusion of the testing phases, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is scheduled for a full release on October 23, 2026. The game will be available on the Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. PC players will be able to access the title via Steam, the Microsoft Store, and Battle.net.
