Celebrating its 25th anniversary, Xbox has revealed its official plans, game lineup, and broadcast schedule for Gamescom 2026 in Cologne, Germany. The company is bringing 25 upcoming titles distributed across 140 gaming stations for hands-on player sessions.

Playable Games and Live Theater Demos

Attendees visiting the Xbox booth will get hands-on time with a mix of first-party and third-party releases. Alongside Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, Minecraft Dungeons II, Stranger Than Heaven, and Metro 2039, players can test a section of the campaign for Gears of War: E-Day.

In addition to standard playable stations, Fable will feature a dedicated live demo theater. According to details shared by Aaron Greenberg, the presentation will guide audiences through a Hero’s journey highlighting smooth and responsive combat that combines melee, ranged, and magical abilities.
