Ubisoft and Xbox have announced an expanded partnership, effective July 21, 2026, aimed at bridging the gap between console and PC libraries. Players who own digital versions of select Ubisoft titles on Xbox consoles can now access the PC version of those same games through Ubisoft Connect at no additional cost.

Eligible Titles

The program covers a significant portion of the Ubisoft catalogue. The games currently eligible for the console-to-PC offer include:

  • Assassin’s Creed Mirage
  • Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
  • Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora
  • Far Cry 6
  • Immortals Fenyx Rising
  • Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
  • Riders Republic
  • Skull and Bones
  • The Crew 2
  • The Crew Motorfest
  • Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction
  • Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege
  • Watch Dogs Legion

How the Rollout Works

For players who already own the digital Xbox versions of these games, the PC versions are being added to accounts in a progressive rollout between July 21 and August 4, 2026. Anyone purchasing these digital titles on Xbox from July 21 onward will receive both the console and the PC versions immediately.

To access these titles, users must ensure they have updated to the latest version of Ubisoft Connect PC. Once updated, your library will display the edition tied to your account. You can verify your owned content by checking the Properties page for each game within the Ubisoft Connect client.

Content and Currency Transfers

Most Season Pass and add-on content purchased on Xbox will carry over to the PC version. However, there are specific limitations regarding in-game economies:

  • Consumables: In-game currencies and one-time-use items do not carry over between platforms.
  • Cross-Progression: For games that support cross-progression, users will be able to access their existing content from the Xbox version on their PC copy.

Additionally, Ubisoft has expanded the availability of premium editions and add-on content for a wider range of titles on the Xbox PC app, including recent releases like Assassin’s Creed Shadows and Star Wars Outlaws.
