Activision has officially announced that Season 06 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone, titled The Haunting, is scheduled to launch on Thursday, September 17 for PS5 and PS4 players. This upcoming seasonal update brings a major refresh to multiplayer, Zombies, and battle royale modes, loading up the rotation with fresh arenas, undead challenges, and limited-time playlists designed to test player survival instincts as the autumn season kicks off.

Multiplayer and Zombies Additions

The update packs specific battlegrounds and co-op challenges across different modes. Quantum arrives as a brand-new multiplayer map situated inside a secret Guild quantum computing facility deep within the Arctic ice. Alongside it, Bloodstead offers a chilling rethemed multiplayer map set on a forsaken homestead where the water has mysteriously turned to blood. Meanwhile, multiplayer fans can also look forward to playlists like T.E.D.D. Trials and Hordepoint. For Zombies enthusiasts, a brand-new survival map called Tenshu invites players to fight for survival inside the Masaki family's ancestral castle, while Directed Mode for Rex Infernus and new pedestal rewards for Rogue Run provide additional goals.

Warzone and Seasonal Arsenal

Battle royale fans dropping into Haunted Hollow can experience the Ghost Train event and jump into the 64-player Giant Infected limited-time mode, pitting Survivors against Infected in large-scale skirmishes. Players looking to expand their loadouts can progress through the Season 06 Battle Pass or purchase BlackCell to earn new operator skins, weapon blueprints, and hardware additions to the arsenal.
