How the Arena Combat Works
In Wizzo PopOut, up to four players battle each other while perched on bouncing magic bubbles. The primary objective is to damage rivals and knock them out of the arena. Damage scales directly with knockback distance, meaning every close-quarters confrontation carries high risk, and a single clean hit can decide the round.
Players also have access to a dash maneuver to escape dangerous situations or pivot into a quick attack with proper timing. Matches support both solo and team elimination modes alongside customizable match rules, which can facilitate sniper duels or arenas filled with incoming missiles.
Spells and Map Events
The demo features more than ten spells for players to master. Each player maintains a loadout of two spells at once, which can be swapped out mid-match. Swapping a spell immediately resets its cooldown, allowing players to catch opponents off guard by altering their strategy on the fly. The spell pool includes flick shots and remote detonations.
Matches take place across four distinct maps, each featuring unique gameplay events that alter the flow of a round. Players can leverage these map events alongside spell combinations to gain a tactical advantage over rivals.
The demo is available to download right now on Steam, giving players their first hands-on experience with the game's mechanics before the full release arrives in September 2026.
