Gaijin Entertainment has officially opened submissions for the 236th War Thunder Steam Screenshot Competition. The event invites players to capture high-caliber vehicles in action for a chance to earn Golden Eagles.
Competition Requirements
To qualify for the 236th edition, all entries must adhere to specific technical criteria:
- Vehicle Specifications: Screenshots must feature a tank or ship with a caliber exceeding 130mm, or an aircraft with a caliber of 35mm or greater.
- Format: Only raw, in-game screenshots are permitted. Use of external editing software or visual enhancement filters, such as Nvidia Ansel, is prohibited.
- Submission: Entries must be uploaded to the War Thunder Steam Community Hub with the tag #WTscreen236 as the title.
- Originality: Submissions must be new and cannot have been used in previous competitions.
Deadlines and Rewards
The submission window closes on August 14. Following the deadline, the development team will select six winners: three determined by the highest community ratings and three chosen directly by the judges. Each winner will receive 300 GE, which will be delivered to their account within 14 working days.
The competition limits individual artists to one win via popular vote per four consecutive contests, though the judge-selected category remains open to all participants.
