Wield Interactive has confirmed that TFC2: The Fertile Crescent 2 - Collapse of The Bronze Age will launch on August 18, 2026. This standalone sequel to the original real-time strategy game features expanded mechanics and a new campaign set during the Bronze Age collapse.

Early Access Content
At launch, the game will include 10 narrative-driven missions covering the first two acts of the campaign. The developers intend for the initial release to be polished to a standard comparable to a 1.0 version, despite the Early Access label. Additional features available at launch include:
- Skirmish and multiplayer modes.
- Four fully playable factions, including the Hittites.
- Full save and load functionality.
- Localization for multiple languages including Simplified Chinese, French, German, Italian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
Future Development Plans
Wield Interactive has outlined a roadmap for post-launch updates. Future content additions will include the remaining two acts of the campaign, an expansion of multiplayer and skirmish modes to support up to six players, and the implementation of a map editor. The team also plans to provide ongoing refinements to the game based on user feedback.
