Alongside the free weekend, Brimstone has released the "Attack on City" update. This content drop is the largest expansion for the game since its February 2026 release and introduces over 18 new holes. Players can now compete across urban environments including rooftops, construction zones, and city streets.
The update also adds team play functionality and new tools for sabotaging opponents. These range from interactive environmental elements to power-ups like smoke bombs, electromagnetic shields, rocket launchers, and an orbital laser. All updates for the game remain free for existing owners.
Pricing Changes
Brimstone stated that the decision to raise the base price to $12.99 is due to the continued growth in the game's size and content since its launch. Players interested in purchasing the title can take advantage of the current 30% discount, which is available until July 23, 2026, before the permanent price adjustment takes effect.
Super Battle Golf supports between one and eight players. While it features a score-based system for solo play, the developer recommends a group of at least four for the intended multiplayer experience.
