A new technical hero, Goku Black, has joined the roster of SQUADRA on PC. Designed as a dark hero with battlefield-manipulation capabilities, Goku Black allows players to control the flow of combat by deploying specific zones that provide tactical buffs for teammates or debuffs for opponents.
New Hero Focus Capsules
Players looking to customize the new hero can access the Hero Focus Capsule event. An exclusive FG-Capsule Set is available for purchase in the shop, which includes the hero and three FG-Capsules for customization. Additionally, players can purchase one individual FG-Capsule per day.
- Exclusive FG-Capsule Set Sale: July 22, 2026 – July 29, 2026
- Individual FG-Capsule Sale: July 22, 2026 – August 10, 2026
- Capsule Availability Period: July 22, 2026 – August 12, 2026
These capsules contain legendary items, including the "Final Judgment" start emote, the "Beautiful Utopia" MVP emote, and the "Resonance" team finisher effect. Users should note that these capsules are exclusive to Goku Black and any unused items will be removed from the inventory once the capsule period concludes.
Special G-Capsule Season 6 Vol.2
The game has also launched the Special G-Capsule Season 6 Vol.2, which features a limited-time selection of emotes and effects for Goku Black. This event runs through September 9, 2026. Developers noted that new emotes have also been added to the "Prize Season 6" G-Capsule. Once the next hero is released, the current featured emotes for Super Uub, Son Goku (Youth), and Legendary Super Saiyan Broly will be removed from these specific capsules for an extended period.
New Cosmetics and Patch Notes
A new Role-Play Skin Set has been added to the shop, featuring outfits inspired by Zamasu, Paragus, and King Vegeta. The studio clarified that the cost of this set will be reduced if a player already owns individual pieces from the collection.
Alongside the character launch, the developer has released the Season 6.1 patch notes, which detail various balance adjustments implemented for the current season. Players are encouraged to review these changes on the official SQUADRA news hub. The studio also issued a reminder that any accounts found violating terms—including real-money trading, use of third-party tools, or data tampering—will face permanent bans.
