Broken Lyre Entertainment has released patch v1.007 for Pizza House Simulator, focusing on technical performance and quality-of-life improvements. The update addresses several community-reported issues that affected both singleplayer and multiplayer sessions.

Performance and Staff Improvements

The developer has implemented several fixes intended to stabilize the game's performance. Staff members now provide feedback when they are unable to complete a task, and pathing for Bussers and Waiters has been improved. To help with performance, staff units located more than 30 meters away will now use reduced animation and shadow updates.

Technical optimizations were also applied to the following menus and systems:

  • Tasks and Upgrades screens
  • Calendar and Leaderboard interfaces
  • Dark Web screen
  • Trash bins and order tablet persistence

Balance and Gameplay Adjustments

The update introduces a rebalance for singleplayer money progression and customer growth rates. Other gameplay adjustments include:

  • More affordable prices for table customization.
  • Prestige gains for successful deliveries are now standardized across both singleplayer and multiplayer modes.
  • Customers who leave the cashier queue no longer cause a reduction in Prestige.
  • Kitchen Desk Counter prices have been adjusted.

Multiplayer Fixes

For players using the game's co-op features, v1.007 resolves issues where simultaneous machine repairs were not tracking correctly. Trays marked for delivery are now visible to all players in the session, and the issue where non-interactable "fake" fryer baskets appeared for guest players has been resolved.

General Bug Fixes

The patch also addresses several visual and functional bugs, including the excessive brightness of Parmesan, incorrect tip calculations, and clothing clipping issues. Issues causing staff to freeze or appliances to duplicate upon loading older save files have also been rectified.
