2K Sports has confirmed that NBA 2K27 will skip the PlayStation 4 entirely, marking a shift toward current-gen hardware. The title is scheduled for a worldwide release on September 4, 2026, exclusively for the PlayStation 5.

Edition Details and Pricing

The Deluxe Edition ($99.99) includes 100,000 VC, various MyCAREER skill and Gatorade boosts, jerseys for Wembanyama and Clark, a 2HR 2XP Coin for MyCAREER, and several MyTEAM items including a team selection pack and five '27: Series 1 packs. It also provides early access starting August 28, 2026.

The Ultra Edition ($149.99) contains all content from the Deluxe Edition, plus an additional 35,000 VC, a Season 1 Pro Pass, and a Summer Season Pass Pro Pass Bundle covering seasons 7 through 9. It also features a Roses Oversize Hoodie for MyCAREER and premium MyTEAM player cards, including a guaranteed 98 OVR card for December 2026 and a guaranteed Invincible card for May 2027.
