Territory War Layout Reset and Faction Changes
The current Territory War layout is completely reset with this update. Warlord Factions now have a maximum limit of 300 players, structured into exactly 3 Cohorts capped at 100 members each. Players currently inside a Warlord Faction will automatically leave their original faction and must choose a faction again, while all Personal Camps relocate to a safe city automatically.
New Warlord Factions have joined the ecosystem:
- Liu Bei Faction: Starting Fiefs include Hebei - Plains and Dongwuyang.
- Lü Bu Faction: Starting Fiefs include Central Plains - Xiapi and Qiao.
- Sun Ce Faction: Takes over leadership in Jingyang, starting in Lujiang, Juchao, and Qichun.
- Cao Cao Faction: Puyang, Xu County, Chenliu, and Dingtao.
- Yuan Shao Faction: Yecheng, Jinyang, Julu, and Liyang.
Furthermore, Warlord Faction Cohorts now possess Cohort levels that govern warfare actions, dictating clan-level requirements for declaring war, participating in Stronghold battles, and targeting rallies. Volunteer Army Clans will be set to level 3 after maintenance. Note that the Territory War scheduled for Wednesday, August 5, is temporarily replaced by Luoyang Drills, while Friday's Territory War proceeds normally.
Gameplay and Reward Adjustments
Rebel Purge: Risk receives key adjustments, ensuring units no longer suffer permanent losses. Matchmaking times are mitigated by automatically dropping minimum player requirements to 3v3 or 4v4 if queues run long. Additionally, the yield of the Random Doctrine Box is increased, guaranteeing winners 1 bound and 1 unbound box, while surviving losers receive 1 bound box.
World bandit stages now drop distinct rewards based on enemy unit compositions:
- Archer Stages: Increased Random Doctrine Box drop rates, guaranteed at Difficulty 6.
- Shield & Pike Stages: Doubled Kit drop rates and added forging materials to settlement rewards.
- Shield & Archer Stages: Boosted high-quality equipment drop rates, blueprints, and forging materials.
- Pike Stages: Significantly increased Unit XP yields.
To ease progression costs, basic Leather and Iron costs for Kit forging are reduced by 50%, with Refined Iron and Tough Leather costs for 5-Star Units reduced by 33%. Hero equipment durability drain rate is also cut down to roughly 20% of its previous speed.
Stargazing UP Pools Schedule
New Stargazing UP pools become available on August 7 at 00:00, featuring significantly increased resonance probabilities for limited spirits:
- Dragon in the Wild: Features limited UP spirits Zhao Yun and Sun Ce.
