The Elden Ring Tarnished Edition introduces seven new weapons and four armor sets. While some gear is easily purchased, others require specific navigation or defeating invaders. Here is how to track down every addition.
New Weapons: Locations and Acquisition
- Reverse Bladed Sword: Purchase directly from the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold.
- Idus Sword: Located on a body under a tree near the Liurnia Lake Shore Site of Grace.
- Hefty Scimitar: Can be bought from the Nomadic Merchant north of the Fort Haight West Site of Grace in Limgrave.
- Reed Great Katana: Travel to the Fort Faroth Site of Grace in Dragonbarrow, then navigate to the large, red-spotted fungal mound near Elder Dragon Greyoll. The sword is on a body at the top.
- Ritual Thrusting Shield: Reach the Colosseum via the Deep Siofra Well Site of Grace. You must unlock the lift in the Siofra River underground area using two gargoyle keys. The shield is found on a body behind the giant jar.
- Leontiel's Greatsword: Travel to the Starscourge Radahn Site of Grace. Head to the marked area to trigger an invasion by Knight Leontiel; the sword is a drop upon their defeat.
- Golden Order Flail: Found near the Statue of Radagon in the Erdtree Sanctuary. Note: This is only available if Leyndell has not yet become the Ashen Capital. You must defeat the invader, The Noble Broken Mask, after using the Law of Regression spell or progressing the Goldmask questline.
New Armor Sets: Where to Buy or Loot
- Silver Grooved Armor: Purchased from the merchant at the Liurnia Lake Shore Site of Grace for 4,500 runes.
- Steel Armor: Purchased from the Isolated Merchant at the Isolated Merchant Site of Grace for 4,500 runes.
- Leontiel's Armor: Dropped by Knight Leontiel when you defeat them north of the Starscourge Radahn Site of Grace.
- Golden Order Set: Obtained by defeating The Noble Broken Mask near the Erdtree Sanctuary (pre-Ashen Capital). This set increases Faith but reduces Focus, making you more vulnerable to Sleep and Madness.
