Behaviour Interactive is opening an Early Access build for the upcoming Dead by Daylight Chorus of Sin chapter, giving players a chance to test the new content ahead of the Public Test Build (PTB). Unlike typical early phases reserved strictly for creators, this release lets general players secure a spot by watching eligible Twitch streams.
Quick Facts
- Game: Dead by Daylight
- Platform: PC (Steam account required)
- Event: Chorus of Sin Early Access and Grimoire Drop Promotion
- Dates: July 30 to August 1, 2026
- Access Pool: 4,500 total invitation codes via random Twitch drop draws
How to Enter the Early Access Pool
To participate in the promotion, players must use a Steam account on PC, create or log into a Behaviour Account, and link that Behaviour Account to Twitch. Starting July 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET, viewers must watch at least one hour of selected Dead by Daylight streams displaying the "Drops Enabled" tag on Twitch.
Meeting the one-hour requirement automatically enters the viewer into a random draw pool. Winners receive an email confirmation sent to the address attached to their Behaviour Account. A total of 4,500 invitations are available across five draws held on July 30 and July 31, 2026. Selected players are considered for subsequent draws if they miss out on earlier ones.
Early Access Play Windows
If selected, players can access the build on Steam during specific active testing windows:
- July 30: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM ET and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM ET
- July 31: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM ET, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM ET, and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM ET
- August 1: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM ET, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM ET, and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM ET
Behaviour notes that the Early Access version may contain bugs, missing features, or unpolished translations that are typical of early testing builds. Player feedback collected during this period will be pooled with later PTB feedback.
