How to Reroll Your Account
If your initial pulls don't yield the characters you want, you can reset your progress. You must start the game with a guest account to use this method; do not bind your account until you are satisfied with your lineup.
- Play through the game until you complete stage 1-5.
- Perform the mandatory ten-pull (note that this always results in Caroline).
- Collect all available in-game currency from your mail and active events to perform additional pulls.
- If you are unhappy with your results, open the game menu and navigate to account settings.
- Select 'delete account' to wipe your progress.
- Start over as a guest and repeat the process until you pull your desired characters.
How to Get More Characters
Outside of summoning on banners, you can flesh out your team using free characters provided by the game. Your main character starts as a swordsman, but as you progress through quests, you will unlock additional roles including cleric, enchanter, warrior, paladin, sage, and highlander.
Additionally, the game gifts you four characters for free: Remi, Soul, Simo, and Dora. While these units may not occupy the S-rank slots, they are useful tools for forming your initial team compositions as you build toward your ideal roster.
