Slots & Daggers is out now on iOS and Android, bringing its dark fantasy, chance-based roguelike gameplay to mobile devices following a prior release on Steam. Developed by Friedemann, the game adopts a spin-to-play structure that draws comparisons to poker-based roguelikes while carving out its own distinct identity.
How Gameplay Works
Rather than relying strictly on standard deck-building or card draws, each battle requires players to spin a slot machine to acquire weapons, armor, and equipment. Once gear is rolled, players use small microgames to activate their weaponry and abilities during encounters against strange, gritty, and oddly cute fantasy creatures.
The mobile port maintains the chunky, retro aesthetic and distinctive user interface seen in the original PC version. Download links are live now on both the App Store for iOS devices and Google Play for Android users.
