Joycity is stepping outside modern military strategy confines by introducing a sci-fi crossover to Gunship Battle: Total Warfare. The new update brings classic elements from Robotech into the mobile title across two distinct campaigns.

Robotech Crossover Campaigns and Units
The first phase of the collaboration is live now. Players can jump into a new narrative arc focused on restoring the SDF-1 while battling against Zentraedi forces. Alongside these missions, the update introduces iconic Robotech units to build out player squadrons, specifically the VF-1A, VF-1J, and VF-1S Veritech Fighters.
To support the themed update, Joycity added exclusive Squadron Skins recognizable from the original series, alongside specific collaboration activities, missions, and rewards.
Rick's Blast Arcade Mode
Beyond standard squadron building, the crossover introduces a new arcade-style shooting mode called Rick's Blast Arcade. In this mode, players pilot a Veritech Fighter directly in one-on-one boss combat. The mode allows players to freely transform their fighter between Fighter, Guardian, and Battloid modes. Difficulty scales upward as players progress through the arcade battles.
