AFK Journey is launching a limited-time collaboration with the Digimon franchise. The event, which runs from August 18, 2026, through September 14, 2026, introduces new playable characters and a crossover storyline to the mobile title.
New Playable Heroes
The collaboration adds two character pairs to the game's roster, each featuring specific skills and ultimate abilities designed to reflect the bond between trainer and Digimon:
- Taichi and Agumon
- Yamato and Gabumon
Players will follow a new storyline where these characters work alongside the Magister and their partner Digimon to overcome the villainous Hypofiends.
Event Rewards and Access
Throughout the duration of the event, players can earn various in-game rewards by participating in the crossover storyline. Confirmed items include:
