Fishing Mechanics

Players can cast lines at designated fishing spots using various rod and bait combinations to attract different species of fish. Success requires choosing a casting location, hooking the fish with a timed button press, and utilizing a button and control stick combination to reel the catch in. Every unique catch is recorded in the Fishing Notebook, unlocking item rewards as the notebook fills out.

Viewer Mode Customization

The all-new Viewer Mode provides a dedicated space to pose and photograph characters in multiple settings. Players can select backdrops, poses, costumes, accessories, and hair colors. Additional locations and characters unlock as the main story progresses, alongside support for bonus downloadable content, season pass items, and paid customization options.
