Gaming Updates

Players of Pokémon GO can anticipate significant changes to Mega Evolution. Eligible Mega-Evolved Pokémon will soon gain a third Charged Attack, enhancing their combat utility. Furthermore, these powerful forms will become usable at every level of the Go Battle League starting next season, offering new strategic depth for competitive play. The game, which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, also confirmed the imminent return of Armoured Mewtwo.

Pokémon Champions is set to introduce Z Mega Evolutions on September 9th. This update will bring Mega Lucario Z, Mega Garchomp Z, and Mega Absol Z to the roster. Additionally, Baxcalibur and Rillaboom are joining the game, with further details regarding Heatran promised by the developers. Additionally, Aardman's stop-motion series, Pokémon Tales: The Misadventures of Sirfetch'd & Pichuis scheduled to premiere on Disney+ in 2027.
