Alongside the sales announcement, developers confirmed that new content is available for existing players. A free software update is currently live, introducing a "Dive" move that allows the player character, a Ditto, to explore underwater areas.
For those looking for additional content, the Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass is currently being rolled out in three parts. The first installment, titled Bubbly Basin, is available now and includes an underwater town, new furniture, and additional food preparation options.
