Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially revealed the lineup for the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for July 2026. The new additions bring a mix of open-world action, firefighting simulation, and classic titles to the service, following the previously announced monthly games for July, which included Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, For the King II, and CrossCode.

Quick Facts

  • Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora (PS5): Available globally July 21.
  • Rise of the Ronin (PS5): Available July 15 (US/UK) and July 16 (Japan).
  • Firefighting Simulator: Ignite (PS5): Available globally July 21.

Action and Simulation Highlights

The July update features several major titles led by Ubisoft’s Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. This first-person adventure drops players into the Western Frontier, where they take on the role of a Na'vi reconnecting with their heritage while defending Pandora from the RDA corporation. It arrives on the service on July 21.

Team Ninja’s Rise of the Ronin, a combat-focused open-world RPG set in 19th-century Japan, joins the catalog even sooner. Players navigate the political turmoil of the 1863 Tokugawa Shogunate era, with the game becoming available on July 15 in the US and UK, and July 16 in Japan.

For those looking for cooperative simulation, Firefighting Simulator: Ignite launches on July 21. The game utilizes Unreal Engine 5 to simulate fire, heat, and smoke in real time, allowing players to work with a crew of three friends or NPCs to manage high-stakes emergency scenarios in a midwestern American city.

Retro and Classic Additions

The July 28 drop includes a variety of titles spanning different genres. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind brings 2-D brawler action to the service, tasking players with stopping a chronological disruption caused by Robo Rita and Rita Repulsa. On the same day, subscribers can access the zombie survival title Dying Light, the tabletop-inspired RPG Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector, and the 3D isometric platformer Snow Bros. Wonderland.

PlayStation Plus Premium Titles

Premium members receive two additional interactive titles on July 21:

  • Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy: An action-heavy game where players utilize psychic abilities like telekinesis and mind control to dismantle a conspiracy.
  • Indigo Prophecy: A paranormal thriller from Quantic Dream that follows a series of mysterious murders in New York City. The game was originally released as Fahrenheit in regions outside of North America, Portugal, and France.
