Why Payop Redesigned Its Brand

Payop provides payment solutions for the video game industry, handling transactions for developers, publishers, and gamers alike. According to the Fedoriv agency, the new strategy puts the player at the centre to address a common industry frustration.

"In the gaming industry, payments often become that classic buzzkill," Fedoriv explained regarding the new positioning. "They break immersion and pull players out of the moment... We believe payments should be lightning-fast, intuitive, and almost invisible, supporting the gaming experience instead of interrupting."

Payop CEO Anastasiia Semenkova noted that the team initially believed they could handle the redesign internally before partnering with Fedoriv to properly capture the company's spirit and business approach through new colours and visual elements.
