Check which characters share your Warband
In retail World of Warcraft, the Warband includes characters on the same Battle.net account within one region. It can span realms, factions and WoW subscriptions in that region. The bank is a shared space in addition to each character’s own bank. [1]
Deposit an item that is eligible to be shared
Steps
- Visit a banker and open the Warband Bank. Blizzard says bankers throughout the game provide access, and all characters in the Warband may deposit and withdraw items. [1]
- Deposit an eligible non-soulbound item in the shared bank, then use the other Warband character to withdraw it. Soulbound items are outside the storage eligibility described in Blizzard’s overview. [1]
Use shared reagents without moving every stack
The shared bank also works like the reagent bank for crafting: characters can craft using reagents stored there without first withdrawing them. It also supports depositing and manually withdrawing gold across Warband characters. [1]
Check Warbound until Equipped before equipping shared gear
Warbound until Equipped gear can move freely between Warband characters until someone equips it, at which point it becomes Soulbound. If you plan to pass such an item to an alternate character, keep that binding transition in mind before equipping it. With multiple WoW accounts logged in simultaneously, Blizzard says only the character that entered the realm first can access the Warband Bank. [1]
