Vermintide 2: How to Complete the 2026 Geheimnisnacht Skull Missions

The 6.13.0 announcement enables Geheimnisnacht through November 1. This guide concerns the 2026 event described by that release, including its Skull of Blosphoros missions and associated rewards. Event availability is time-limited; an ended event should not be confused with a missing permanent campaign objective. The release does not supply an exact cutoff hour or time zone. [1]

Choose one of the five ritual levels

The publisher lists five levels containing the rituals: Screaming Bell, Empire in Flames, Against the Grain, Tower of Treachery and Convocation of Decay. Select an eligible level before looking for a ritual. The list does not identify a fixed coordinate, a universal spawn point or a short route through every map, so this guide does not invent those details. [1]

Disrupt the ritual and take the skull to the end

The actual event objective is to interrupt the ritual and carry its Skull of Blosphoros to the end of the level. Finding a ritual alone is therefore not the complete stated task. The publisher warns that carrying the skull makes the mission harder, so the group should distinguish the extra event objective from an ordinary clear without that burden. [1]

Check the portrait frame and weapon-illusion reward families

The event adds the Master of the Undead portrait frame and five weapon illusions. The listed weapons are Saltzpyre’s Brace of Pistols, Kruber’s Longbow, Bardin’s Irondrake Pistols, Kerillian’s Dual Swords and Sienna’s One-Handed Sword. These are the weapon families named by this year’s announcement; it does not describe a separate random loot chance for an unlisted weapon. [1]

Use the event shop and XP period while available

The same event release opens the Event Shop in Lohner’s Emporium and enables Double XP for the event’s duration. Those extras share the event period, but the announcement does not provide an item-by-item shop price list or say that XP replaces completing the skull missions.
