Complete five Void Fields maps and the first Cathedral ritual

The published unlock chain starts with completing the five Void Fields maps. That opens the Unholy Cathedral; completing its first ritual unlocks Titan Hunt. Check the two milestones separately when the mode is still unavailable. Repeatedly completing one field is not the condition described in the release note, and simply opening the Cathedral is not the same as finishing the ritual required for Titan Hunt. [1]

Follow Unstable Portals and complete the region’s challenges

Titan Hunt takes you through Unstable Portals between different regions while searching for a Titan. Complete the region’s series of challenges and collect Void Fragments. Those fragments are the resource used to break the Titan’s seal, so the immediate task is completing challenges and collecting their required resource rather than waiting for the Titan fight to begin without preparation. The announcement does not supply a fixed fragment count for every situation. [1]

Break the seal, defeat the Titan and collect its blood

With the seal broken, the next step is facing the Titan. Defeating these foes lets you collect their blood and learn new powers that change possible build combinations. Treat reaching the fight and winning it as distinct milestones: breaking the seal supplies access to the encounter, while the published reward description is attached to eliminating the foe. This guide covers that first hunt-and-seal sequence rather than inventing the later chapter’s final-boss portal requirements. Blood and new powers come from defeating the Titans. [1]

Use the minimap and recognize optional loot events

The minimap provides information about ascensions, minerals, bosses and enemies, helping you locate the relevant activity while moving between the hunt’s regions. Titan Hunt also contains optional bonus events such as loot chests, huge minerals and Treasure Bugs that award loot when completed. These are additional opportunities during the mode; they should not be confused with the stated core sequence of collecting Void Fragments to break a Titan seal.
