Structures at a raft’s center prevented movement

Platforms: PCUpdated Evidence checked

The January 21, 2025 hotfix fixes a case where structures built at the centerpoint of a raft could prevent it moving correctly. This follows the January 15 release of three raft structures. It is a shipped correction for that placement case, without establishing that every later raft movement problem has the same cause. [1]

Resolved

Overlapping structures were missing on clients or impossible to dismantle

Platforms: PCUpdated Evidence checked

The January 20 hotfix corrects overlapping structures being linked incorrectly, which could make them disappear for multiplayer clients or prevent dismantling. The source describes the correction but does not say it restores every previously lost structure. [1]

Resolved

Dedicated server did not save in Creative mode

Platforms: PCUpdated Evidence checked

The January 15 update lists a fix for a dedicated server not saving when the game is set to Creative mode. That statement is specific to the Creative server defect and does not identify a general cause for every missing multiplayer save. [1]

Resolved

A multiplayer client could not collect a rabbit while holding one

Platforms: PCUpdated Evidence checked

The January raft update also fixes collecting a rabbit from a hutch or cage as a multiplayer client when already holding a live rabbit. This is a separate interaction fix from the April 2024 update, which corrected trapped rabbits not being saved on load. Both notes describe resolved defects. [1]
