Cannot enter a match with the client minimized: PC Update 43.2 notes

Platforms: PCUpdated Evidence checked

The 43.2 UI fixes include an error preventing match entry when the match started while the client was minimized. The notes also record occasional failure to enter the lobby after returning from a match. These are distinct recorded client-state fixes, not a claim that every server connection failure is resolved. Revive animation without revive progress: PC Update 43.2 notes

Platforms: PCUpdated Evidence checked

Update 43.2 lists a fix for the revive animation occasionally playing without progress. Its schedule places PC maintenance on October 14, 2026 and the console rollout on October 22. This entry covers the PC release notes; it does not tell console players that the October 22 update is already installed. [1]

Beginner Training rewards can no longer be claimed after its 30-day window

Platforms: PC, PlayStation, XboxUpdated Evidence checked

Beginner Training is a separate lobby mission system, with daily missions through Day 14 and a 30-day completion-and-claim window from starting it. The publisher says rewards cannot be claimed after 30 days. This is a stated reward deadline, not evidence that repeating a Basic Training chapter can reopen an expired Beginner Training claim. [2]

Documented workaround

Basic Training does not advance until every chapter objective is complete

Platforms: PC, PlayStation, XboxUpdated Evidence checked

The updated Basic Training has 17 chapters and requires every checklist item in the current chapter before advancing. Being eliminated restarts that chapter from its beginning. A completed combat action alone may therefore not finish a chapter if another checklist objective is outstanding; follow the NPC’s voice and radio guidance and check the whole list. [2]

Documented steps

  1. Complete the remaining checklist items for the current chapter. If eliminated, repeat the chapter’s objectives after its restart. [2]

Old Steam launch commands may interfere with PC troubleshooting

Platforms: PCEvidence checked

PUBG Support recommends removing old Steam launch commands that circulated during early access so they are not the cause of an issue. The same guide includes game-file integrity verification, Windows updates and current graphics drivers. These are the publisher’s preliminary checks for crashes or performance trouble; the error alone does not establish which check will solve it. [3]

Documented steps

  1. Open PUBG’s Steam Properties and clear the old launch-option text for the test, keeping a record of your previous configuration. [3]
  2. Use Steam’s Verify Integrity of Game Files. Apply pending Windows updates and obtain the current graphics driver from the GPU manufacturer. [3]
