PUBG Mobile Known Issues, Workarounds and Login Checks

Global-client QR login limits, Blood Pact connection checks and a dated publisher lag fix. Expected mechanics are labeled separately from confirmed bugs.

Blood Pact’s red line disconnects when teammates move apart

Platforms: MobileVersions: 4.6Updated Evidence checked

The global version 4.6 notes describe the Blood Pact connection as range-limited. Moving outside that range disconnects the red line; moving back within range restores it without a time limit. This entry explains expected behaviour rather than claiming a newly confirmed connection bug. The announcement does not give a numerical distance. [1]

Documented steps

  1. Move back within the connection range of the linked teammate. If either player was eliminated, use another Blood Pact item to establish a new connection instead of expecting the old contract to resume. [1]

An authorized login has UC, social or battle restrictions

Platforms: MobileUpdated Evidence checked

The global FAQ provides usage restrictions for accounts accessed through Authorized Login, including UC, social and battle functions. A deliberately restricted function is different from a general service outage. These instructions concern the global publisher’s client, rather than the separate Korea/Japan help centre. [2]

Documented steps

  1. On the device managing authorization, open Settings > Account > Scan Authorization and review the Authorized Login Restrictions interface for the relevant restrictions. This checks the documented authorization settings; it is not a workaround for an account ban. [2]
Documented workaround

QR authorization logs the original device out

Platforms: MobileUpdated Evidence checked

PUBG MOBILE’s global QR Code Authorized Login FAQ says authorizing the second device logs the original device out. That logout is part of the documented authorization flow, not evidence by itself of a crash or lost account. The FAQ identifies Settings > Account > Scan Authorization > QR Code Recognition on the device already logged in. [2]

Documented steps

  1. If you intend to use an already authorized account on the other device, use QR Code in the login channel during its authorization period. The FAQ limits each authorization to up to thirty days; it does not promise permanent access without renewed authorization. [2]

June 2024 patch record: group lag sends players to the starting point

Platforms: MobileUpdated Evidence checked

The global June 14, 2024 update fixes a bug that caused group lag and returned players to the starting point in some scenarios. This is an explicitly dated correction, not evidence that a similar October 2026 report has been diagnosed or that the old patch fixes every form of latency. The publisher said that update did not stop service or affect players already logged in. [3]
