1. Initiate Blood Pact Summon for the connected teammate. The stated cost is thirty of the initiating player’s health, paid when the other player accepts and teleports to the initiator’s side. [1]
2. Have the teammate accept if they intend to teleport. If they decline or the request times out, the process ends without losing health. An unanswered request therefore does not mean the teleport has already happened. [1]

Create a new link after elimination

A contract ends when a connected player is eliminated. Returning within range only restores an existing disconnected link; it does not replace an ended contract. Use the item again to establish a new connection after elimination when the gameplay situation permits. [1]
