Max Battle rewards page shows some items with a quantity of zero

Platforms: MobileEvidence checked

Support identifies a visual bug that shows all possible Max Battle rewards even when the amount actually received for a listed item is zero. The page says a fix is being worked on. It does not establish that those zero-quantity rows were promised rewards or that a player can recover them by repeating a particular action. [1]

Documented workaround

A remote Raid entrant is placed in a different lobby

Platforms: MobileEvidence checked

The support page describes a standard maximum of five remote entrants in one Raid lobby. If those places are already filled, another remote Trainer is placed in a new lobby. The same page warns that the number can be temporarily adjusted, so the published standard should not be presented as an unchanging rule for every event. [2]

Documented workaround

Cannot acquire another Remote Raid Pass while holding three or more

Platforms: MobileEvidence checked

The published bag rule prevents acquiring more Remote Raid Passes while three or more are already held. That inventory condition is separate from the daily participation limit. Support lists ten Remote Raids per day as the standard limit but says special events may increase it, so an event’s rules must be checked before treating a different cap as a bug. [2]

Officially acknowledged

Remote Max Battle lobby appears to consume a pass before the battle starts

Platforms: MobileEvidence checked

The remote-battle support page acknowledges a visual issue in which exiting or re-entering a Max Battle lobby can appear to use a Remote Raid Pass. It explicitly says the pass is not actually consumed if the battle has not begun. Once a Max Battle starts, however, the pass is consumed regardless of winning or losing; those two situations must not be conflated. [2]

Documented workaround

Stamp Rally reward encounter appears gone after leaving it

Platforms: MobileEvidence checked

The Pokémon GO support collection acknowledges that leaving a Stamp Rally reward encounter without catching the Pokémon makes the encounter appear to disappear. Its stated workaround is entering any Stamp Rally location again. The status remains Investigating on the retrieved support page, so this is a documented workaround rather than an announced permanent fix. [3]

Documented steps

  1. Tap into any Stamp Rally location to trigger the reward Pokémon encounter again. [3]
