Character missing from Character Select was fixed in 1.3.27
The historical 1.3.27 patch records a fix for a character not appearing on Character Select. It also fixes the queue-status banner missing when queuing for CTF. These are documented completed fixes in that release, not an announcement of a new outage. [1]
Old discarded gear may need reacquisition for Transmog
The Transmog FAQ says items obtained before the feature launched must be reacquired if no longer owned. Gear present in inventory after Transmog’s release can have its appearance captured even after it is gone. Some reward skins also do not appear on the Transmog screen. [2]
Transmog is limited to matching weapon type or apparel slot
A musket appearance applies only to muskets, and apparel appearances stay within the same slot. Armor weight can change visually between light, medium and heavy. These are the FAQ’s compatibility rules rather than evidence that a mismatched appearance is failing to load. [2]
