More than 20 favorited or uploaded mods were missing: December 2025 fix

The December 3, 2025 PC hotfix records a fix for favorited or uploaded mods beyond 20 not appearing. It names build 1613387 for Steam and Epic and 1614419 for Windows PC. This is a dated list-display fix, not a current rule limiting a player to 20 mods or a guarantee that every downloaded mod can run together. [1]

Installing a mod is only the download stage. The support instructions say mods apply to Mod Saves, and provide a Copy Save operation to create one from an ordinary character. After selecting a Mod Save, the mod must be enabled and the changes applied. A downloaded mod appearing unused is therefore a reason to check the save and enabled state first. [2]
