4.3.3: rigging reconnected to the wrong blocks
The June 28 4.3.3 hotfix fixes rigging sometimes reconnecting to the wrong blocks. Keep the affected connections and build version in a report if that specific behavior recurs. The note does not publish a manual rigging-file correction. [1]
Rambot weapons stop below the energy threshold
The stable 4.2 camera-and-controls documentation says the avatar’s weapon will not fire below 20 percent energy. A friendly vehicle preserves its energy state, while a Heart Stone replenishes it. An empty-energy weapon therefore has a documented gameplay condition to check. [2]
Documented steps
- Use a Heart Stone to replenish avatar energy when the weapon’s documented energy requirement is not met. [2]
Vehicle focus does not by itself activate driving
The camera update separates focusing a vehicle from controlling it. After focus, Left Ctrl activates vehicle control when a controller exists. A green vignette indicates control, and its opacity is configurable in Options. Key bindings can also be edited there. [2]
Documented steps
- Focus the vehicle, confirm it has a vehicle controller, then use the configured vehicle-control key; the documented default is Left Ctrl. [2]
Stable 4.2: weapons fired without being aimed at the target
The stable camera update fixes an aiming issue where several weapon types could fire while not aimed at their target. The changelog names simple weapons, plasma and the flamer tool, and qualifies its CRAM/APS inclusion. Preserve that qualification instead of claiming every weapon has an identical fix. [2]
