14.2: store refuses a purchase below its reserve
A store can now retain a configured minimum balance on its assigned bank account. It refuses purchases if the balance is already below that threshold or the purchase would take it below. A refusal under this configured reserve is a documented store rule, separate from an account-history display bug. [1]
14.2: a new offer says No Price Set
A new trade offer now starts without a placeholder price. An unpriced offer cannot trade and does not appear in the Economy Viewer. The “No Price Set” message is therefore an offer-configuration requirement, rather than proof that the server’s economy interface has stopped working. [1]
Documented steps
- Set the offer’s price before expecting it to trade or appear in the Economy Viewer. [1]
14.2: new economic statistics start without old data
The new economic views collect their own data after playing on the update. Historical activity is not generated retroactively. A newly upgraded world may therefore have empty new statistics despite older transactions having occurred. That is the documented collection boundary. [1]
14.2: a buy limit of zero stops purchases
The buy limit now has literal zero/infinite behavior: zero buys nothing and infinite permits any quantity. Existing zero-limit offers are migrated to infinite on world load to preserve their earlier behavior. Check whether you are inspecting a migrated offer or configuring a new one before using an older guide’s zero-limit advice. [1]
14.2: session and reconnect memory growth fixes
The October 8 release fixes client memory growth after reconnecting to a server and during long sessions where temporary visuals were not released. These are specified client leaks in the release notes. The update does not imply that all high memory use on a large world is the same leak. [1]
14.2: store Max quantity errors
The update fixes the store’s Max button exceeding player carrying capacity and not recalculating space after a transaction. It also fixes a linked storage’s existing items incorrectly reducing the suggested quantity. Those fixes concern the quantity proposed by Max, rather than removing configured buy limits or account reserves. [1]
