Form the premade group through Social

Cross-Faction Groups let Heroes and Villains make a premade group together. The publisher describes this as a way to run alerts, duos and raids with friends across moral alignments. The feature uses the existing Social menu, so the starting point is the grouping interface rather than changing your character’s faction. [1]

Steps

1. Open the Social menu and form your premade group with the Hero and Villain players who will participate. [1]
2. Choose an eligible PvE activity. Mixed-faction groups can complete most PvE content together, including alerts, duos and raids. [1]

Check the five faction-specific open-world exceptions

The announcement excludes Stryker’s Island: Lockdown, both the DLC2 and DLC7 Central City zones, Flash Museum in DLC7, and Themyscira: Command Post in DLC10. If your plan involves one of those zones, the general cross-faction PvE permission does not override that explicit restriction. [1]
