2.04.84350: persisted and reserve heroes had incorrect Wanderer candle behavior
The hotfix repairs three related persisted/reserve-hero cases: a hero with no memories could revert to Wanderer without its candle bonus when left at the Crossroads; a reserve hero could persist as Wanderer without the bonus after a successful expedition; and a persisted reserve hero could show a possible Wanderer bonus in the interface even though it was inactive.
