Choose the Activision account that should own the link
Call of Duty: Mobile progress becomes tied to the original Activision account you link. Activision says the link cannot be undone and signing in with a different Activision account does not move progress. Confirm the email and account you intend to use before completing either flow below. Guest and existing social logins have different first buttons in Settings. [1]
For a guest login, use Settings → Link
While using the guest account whose progress you want to link, tap the Settings gear at the top of the screen. Tap Link at the top right, then choose the Call of Duty button from the available options. This starts the Activision sign-in flow; it is not necessary to begin a new guest profile to reach it. [1]

Complete the browser login and use the Call of Duty icon after relaunch
In the browser that opens, enter the intended Activision account’s email and password and tap Login Now. The documented success message says to log in using the Call of Duty account, after which the game relaunches. On that login screen, tap the Call of Duty icon. Continue using the same linked account to access the progress associated with that link. [1]
