Open Find My Item for a Family-wide search

Find My Item searches equipped gear, silver and items across character and mount inventories, town storage, Black Spirit’s safe and the Central Market warehouse. This gives you one search across the listed storage locations before changing characters or assuming an item disappeared. [1]

Search several words with a semicolon

Steps

1. For more than one search word, separate the terms with semicolons and use no spaces after them. The guide’s Black;Cron example returns results containing Black and Cron. [1]

Retrieve eligible items with a maid or butler

The results window can retrieve items into the current character’s inventory when using a maid or butler. Black Spirit’s safe items do not require a maid. Equipped items cannot be retrieved this way, so finding an equipped item is not permission to move it through this function. [1]
