Overbright lighting on Fort Lyndon and other maps corrected

Platforms: PCUpdated Evidence checked

Mobile Anti-Air first-person muzzle flashes were oversized

Platforms: PCUpdated Evidence checked

Under Mobile Anti-Air changes, the update corrects oversized first-person muzzle flashes with certain ammunition. A separate player fix corrects unnatural death animation while killed inside GDF-009 Stationary Anti-Air. These are separate visual symptoms in the release. [1]
