Choose a supply source before setting off
Supplies are the logistics currency for Conflict: HQ Commander. Obtain them from depots, captured points or enemy stock rather than expecting every captured base to produce its own replenishment. [1]
A captured point has an initial stock and does not automatically generate more. The publisher’s guide separately identifies Main Operating Bases as the generating bases in HQ Commander. [1]
Steps
- Mark a discovered supply cache on the map, and mark it depleted when its stock runs out. [1]
Clear a defended cache before bringing up the truck
The official logistics guide recommends parking farther away and out of sight, clearing defenders, then bringing the vehicle to load. Some caches are marked green on the map while others are hidden around the terrain, and the guide warns that FIA fighters often defend them. [1]
Use the map marker as a lead, not a promise that the supply point is undefended. [1]
Check capacity and load through either interface
The guide lists the US M923A1 Transport truck at 1,500 supplies. Vehicle variants differ in capacity, so check the transport role instead of assuming every truck configuration carries that amount. [1]
Load supplies with the contextual menu at the vehicle’s trunk or through the inventory screen. These are alternative documented interfaces for the same loading and unloading task. [1]
Steps
- Use the trunk contextual menu or inventory screen to load the supply vehicle. [1]
Read the receiving base’s available storage
Read the base’s map statistics when choosing where to deliver. The guide distinguishes supplies currently available from the amount the base can hold, so a useful delivery decision accounts for the receiving base’s storage. [1]
Built services increase a base’s supply capacity. That storage function is separate from automatically generating supplies. [1]
Steps
- At the receiving location, use the same documented vehicle menu or inventory interface to unload supplies. [1]
Protect the stock needed for spawning and defense
The publisher cautions that an immediate armory can quickly drain a new base’s supplies. [1]
Consider the default loadout at low-stock bases. Resupply and subsequent spending are linked: an expensive loadout can consume stock other players need for spawning. [1]

Platform and version details belong to the individual issue or guide section. A documented workaround may not resolve every case.
