HoYoverse has launched the version 7.0 update for Genshin Impact, marking the start of the Snezhnaya adventure with a new rotation of character and weapon banners. Players currently have access to the first phase of the update, which runs until September 1, 2026.

Current Version 7.0 Banners

The first phase of version 7.0 features the following five-star characters and their signature weapons:

  • Odette (Five-star) and her weapon Whitelake Frostfeather
  • Arlecchino (Five-star) and her weapon Crimson Moon’s Semblance

The phase also includes boosted drop rates for the four-star characters Lynette, Sucrose, and the new Electro unit, Alyosha. These banners are scheduled to remain available until September 1.

Upcoming Phase Two Schedule

Following the conclusion of the first phase, Genshin Impact will transition to its second set of event banners on September 1. This phase will introduce:

  • Flins (Five-star) with the Bloodsoaked Ruins weapon
  • Ineffa (Five-star) with the Fractured Halo weapon

These banners will run for the remainder of the version 7.0 update.

Looking Ahead to Version 7.1

While specific dates for the next update are not yet finalized, HoYoverse has confirmed that Vesna and Vodyanitsa are the next characters set to join the game. Based on the reveal order, players should expect Vesna to appear in phase one of version 7.1, with Vodyanitsa following in phase two.

Understanding Banner Pity

Players are guaranteed a five-star character every 90 pulls on character event banners. If a player pulls a standard five-star character, the next five-star character they pull is guaranteed to be the featured event character. Pity counts are shared across character event banners, weapon banners, and Chronicled Wish banners, respectively.
